I heart Blogging

Now that my best friend has beautified this blog page, I am being inspired to start another page. That will be my project this afternoon. I as of recently have become a very experimental cook. Most dishes have turned out fabulous. As you know, I have two very picky vegetarians so it is a challenge getting them to eat a lot of things. Getting enough protein in their diet seems to prove even more challenging. Being the mother of 2 toddlers, those are not the only challenges i face, TIME is my biggest one. I have decided to post recipes, thoughts, and pictures of our fun, adventurous and simple foods. I'll have a record of what we've made and if we liked it, and you can get some great ideas for picky eaters when your in a pinch too!
